Kelly is seeking a 1st shift Quality Control Auditor to join our production team. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in visual inspection and who excel in physically demanding environments, including frequent lifting and handling of heavier production cartons. Pay: 

  • 1st shift - $17.00 per hour

Shift:

  • 1st shift - Monday thru Friday - 6:00am - 6:00pm. 
  • Weekly pay with time and a half for all overtime hours.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Can Navigate computers and software
  • Perform routine quality control audits and generate accurate reports.
  • Audit manufacturing methods, sequences, and set-ups to verify conformance with company and industry standards.
  • Conduct routine inspections of product quality to assess compliance with process requirements and specifications.
  • Audit all manufacturing processes and maintenance activities for adherence to established quality standards.
  • Communicate audit results clearly to supervisors and management, including recommendations for improvements.
  • Follow-up on recommendations to ensure corrective actions are completed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications & Knowledge Requirements:

  • Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment with frequent lifting/handling of heavier cartons.
  • Previous visual inspection experience preferred, but not required.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.
  • Must be able to work safely and independently in a production setting.
  • Ability to present information clearly and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the public.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Proficient with personal computers, especially in Windows environments; advanced experience with software packages (Jabil's preferred but not required).
  • Capable of writing simple correspondence, and reading and understanding visual aids.
  • Ability to follow simple one- or two-step instructions and work with standardized processes.
  • Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide; compute rates, ratios, and percentages; draw and interpret graphs.

Work Environment:

  • This position is based in a busy production setting involving frequent physical activity. Safety, teamwork, and reliability are essential.
