Position Overview:
We are currently seeking diligent and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspectors to ensure the highest standards of quality in our precision manufacturing processes. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a critical role in inspecting materials, components, and assemblies to guarantee compliance with requirements and specifications.

  • A and B Shifts Available (Must be able to train on the A Shift).

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct inspections on materials, precision machined components, and electrical-mechanical assemblies.
  • Use a variety of measuring instruments, including hand tools, gauges, vision equipment, and CMM, to ensure conformance to visual and dimensional drawing requirements.
  • Prepare quality documentation for final shipments according to customer specifications.
  • Perform incoming and receiving inspections as well as inspection of finished details and assemblies.
  • Conduct Statistical Process Control (SPC) analysis and enter inspection results into databases.
  • Collaborate with Quality, Supplier Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records, perform inventory movement transactions, and ensure product traceability.
  • Support the Company Quality Policy and adhere to non-conforming material processes.

Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in using micrometers and other handheld instruments.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings and/or technical documents.
  • Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T) principles.
  • Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Physical ability to lift packages up to 40 lbs. and work standing for extended periods.
  • Experience with Statistical Software, Access, and advanced Excel or familiarity with writing programs in Calypso. - A Plus

Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma required; Associate's or higher in a Technical Discipline/Trade preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in precision manufacturing or machining environment.
