Quality Inspection – Manufacturing
Location: Fort Lawn, SC
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Schedule: 12-Hour Day Shift | 2-2-3 Rotation | 5:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire

Job Summary

Kelly® is partnering with a premier manufacturing facility in Fort Lawn, SC to hire detail-oriented and reliable Quality Inspection Associates. This role is essential in ensuring product accuracy, safety, and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform visual quality inspections of glass bottles to ensure standards are met

  • Sort bottles by lot/serial number for accuracy and traceability

  • Repackage glass bottles into designated casings along the production line

  • Inspect bottles, apply caps, tighten, and verify correct coding and labeling

  • Palletize and move cases of empty and full bottles using safe lifting techniques

  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety and quality procedures

  • Assist with additional inspection or production tasks as assigned

Qualifications
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis

  • Comfortable standing and working in a physically active role for the full shift

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

  • Prior experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, or production is a plus (not required)

  • Dependable, team-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities
