Urgent Need: Hiring Four Quality Review Analysts!
Job Description:
We are seeking four dedicated Quality Review Analysts (QRA) to join our team in a unique and exciting role. This remote position offers a 6-month contract, where you will provide critical analysis and review of scopes of work, change orders, desk estimates, and associated budgets for properties requiring light and/or heavy construction.
As a Quality Review Analyst, you will play a vital role in determining which internal teams will perform construction work on made-ready homes, turns, and new acquisitions. You will provide regional process support and oversight for the single-family construction function across multiple regional markets. Your work will involve collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to conduct property-level reviews and approvals using advanced 360 mapping technology, photos, and field reporting.
Essential Functions:
- Review and/or build construction scopes and change order estimates in the InsideMaps software platform.

- Verify scopes of work/change orders and direct re-work or rebid items as necessary.
- Review post-MIR tasks from the post-MIR QC process and data obtained during quality control walks, directing the team on corrective/preventative measures for field or internal failures.
- Create and review vacant work orders to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Identify trends and training opportunities based on scope review feedback and change order submissions.
- Advise internal stakeholders on issues requiring resolution, providing support to the Acquisitions team by answering questions on scopes and resolving disparities between underwriting and submitted scope budgets.
- Maintain a working knowledge of construction best practices and standards, collaborating with peers and leadership.
- Cross-train and flex to support peers in similar functional roles when volume or demand requires.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent work/field experience.
- Five or more years of experience as a scope reviewer, cost estimator, construction management, or residential construction insurance adjustment experience.
- Excellent computer skills, proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Salesforce.
- Strong knowledge of the basic workings of roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, appliances, landscaping, and irrigation systems.
- Good organizational ability and attention to detail with high-performance standards.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to work with a wide range of internal and external customers.
- Ability to work efficiently, effectively manage multiple tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- An effective team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work remotely; may require some weekends.
