Quality Tech (Medical Devices)

Pay Rate: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour


Position Summary:
Kelly is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Tech to support post-market quality activities for medical devices. This role is responsible for owning and executing complaint investigations in accordance with documented procedures and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and collaborate across functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage complaint investigations for medical devices in compliance with established complaint handling procedures.
  • Gather and analyze relevant information from various sources to support thorough and timely investigations.
  • Navigate multiple systems and engage internal and external stakeholders to obtain necessary data.
  • Review and interpret investigation data to ensure compliance with specifications and identify abnormalities or trends.
  • Ensure complaint records are accurately documented, complete, and audit-ready.
  • Revise and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to complaint handling and quality systems.
  • Support and execute special projects across various Quality functional areas as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in complaint handling, CAPA, or quality investigations in a regulated environment, preferably medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
  • Working knowledge of quality systems and regulatory requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with complaint or quality management systems preferred.
