Employment Type: Contract for 1 month (Reliever)
Schedule:
1st Shift – 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM (45-minute lunch)

Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude

Answer and route phone calls professionally

Sort and distribute mail
-
Prepare meeting and training rooms

Assist clients and staff in navigating the office

Copy, fax, and take notes as needed

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

Make travel arrangements as required

Perform other administrative support duties as assigned

3–5 years of relevant reception or administrative experience

Strong communication and professional phone etiquette

Ability to multitask and manage administrative tasks efficiently

Positive and helpful attitude toward visitors and staff

Ability to work onsite in Bridgeport, NJ
