What's a typical day as Recruiter? You'll be:

• Operating processing and packaging equipment, including balances, labelers, band sealers, pumps, and filtration systems.
• Weighing, measuring, and checking raw materials using computer interfaces to ensure accurate batch manufacturing.
• Calibrating and operating semi-automated and automated manufacturing equipment.
• Performing in-process sampling and testing to ensure batches meet specifications.
• Following all safe practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Completing and maintaining Quality Records in compliance with regulatory requirements, GMPs, and SOPs.
• Maintaining equipment and rooms in proper operating condition and cleanliness.
• Performing other related duties as required and/or assigned.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a High School Diploma from an accredited institution (required).
• Hold an Associate degree or higher (preferred).
• Bring laboratory exposure or experience in logistics, especially within a life science company (a plus).
• Possess working knowledge of business computer software and logistics-related databases (desired).
• Demonstrate strong computational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
• Are able to work effectively under time constraints and with changing priorities.
