Kelly is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to work with an excellent Recruiting Company in Lumberton, NJ for a temporary, 6-month opportunity for a Full-Time role to start training no later than May 1st.  Take a closer look below. You owe it to yourself to consider this great new opportunity.
 
Shift:  9am-5pm, Monday through Friday
Pay:  $19 - $22 per hour, based upon experience

What's a typical day as a Recruiting Coordinator? You'll be:
• Reviewing applicants and identifying the most qualified candidates for positions such as diesel techs, mechanics, and lower-level positions.
• Posting jobs and reviewing resumes and profiles.
• Conducting phone screens and in-person interviews.
• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
• Demonstrating excellent communication skills.
• Maintaining a positive attitude in a high-volume recruiting environment.
 
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Have a minimum of 1 year of experience using Recruiting Database and Technology as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a related role.
• Are available to start working Full-Time on May 1st for a 6-month opportunity with an excellent Recruiting Company
• Have experience conducting phone screens and in-person interviews.
• Are proficient with Microsoft suites including Word.
• Are able to coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
