What You'll DoAs a key point of contact for healthcare professionals and commercial users, you'll handle a mix of credentialing, troubleshooting, and user support tasks. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values precision, responsiveness, and a proactive mindset.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Responding to user inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshooting platform issues and guiding users through solutions.
- Verifying credentials and onboarding new users.
- Maintaining accurate records and generating reports.
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to process improvements.
- Supporting ad hoc projects and operational tasks.
You're someone who:
- Communicates clearly and professionally, especially over the phone.
- Can prioritize and pivot easily in a dynamic environment.
- Enjoys helping others and solving problems.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
- Brings a positive, solutions-focused attitude to every challenge.
- Experience in customer service, especially in high-volume settings.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Prior experience working remotely is highly preferred.
- Bonus: Previous IT helpdesk or technical support experience.
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (ET)
- Fully remote role, with potential for future on-site requirements based on contract needs.
- Preferred candidates located in VA, MD, DC, CT, MI, NJ, NC, FL, SC, OH, TX, UT, or WV.
