Job Title: Sanitation Technician (Janitor) – 3rd Shift
Location: Mt. Juliet, TN
Pay: $21.05/hour
Shift: 3rd (C) Shift (11:00pm–7:30am)
Schedule: Open availability required; schedules rotate and are updated weekly Kelly is hiring a motivated Sanitation Technician for our Mt. Juliet location! If you have experience working in roles where you walk or stand throughout your entire shift—and you thrive in a physically active, fast-paced setting—we want you on our team. - Training provided; no prior sanitation experience needed
- Clean and sanitize production equipment, machinery, and work areas to maintain food safety standards
- Operate powered cleaning equipment (e.g., floor scrubbers, pallet jacks, scissor lifts)
- Safely handle cleaning chemicals and follow all safety protocols
- Maintain documentation, report issues, and communicate effectively with team leaders
- Remain physically active—standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks throughout your entire shift
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Prior experience in environments requiring constant walking or standing for full shifts is highly preferred
- Experience in sanitation, manufacturing, or food production is a plus (training provided)
- Able to lift, bend, twist, and work around food allergens
- Open availability for rotating schedules, with potential for overtime, weekend, or holiday hours
- Team player with good communication skills
- Frequent exposure to moisture, cleaning chemicals, moving equipment, and loud noise
- Overtime, weekend, or holiday hours may be required
