Kelly Outsourcing Consulting Group Kelly OCG, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Scientist for a long-term engagement at one of our Global consumer products clients in Spring House, PA. Job Title: Scientist – In Vitro ADME / Drug Discovery

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Scientist to join a cutting-edge research team focused on advancing drug discovery efforts. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a bachelor's or master's level scientist to gain hands-on experience in in vitro ADME assays, with a focus on antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) and radio-ligand therapies (RLTs). The successful candidate will contribute to innovative projects aimed at improving patient health outcomes globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance of cell lines and execute in vitro experiments involving ADCs and RLTs

  • Collect cellular samples and cell culture media as per established protocols

  • Conduct radioactive assays utilizing liquid scintillation counting

  • Support data recording, analysis, and reporting in compliance with laboratory standards

  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot experiments and optimize protocols

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field

  • Hands-on experience with pipetting and cell sample collection

  • Proficient in 2D cell culture techniques; experience with 3D cell culture is a plus

  • Comfortable working with radioactive materials (preferred)

  • Familiarity with imaging techniques is desirable

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship

  • Reliable transportation to the Spring House, PA facility is required
