What's a typical day as Senior Payroll Analyst? You'll be:
- Leading the bi-weekly payroll process and off-cycle payroll cycles in a timely and compliant manner, reporting to the Payroll Manager.
- Resolving complex issues related to taxes, deductions, timekeeping, and pay calculations.
- Supporting bonus payments, adjustments, and special payout processing while assisting employees and managers with payroll inquiries.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have a strong background in payroll operations with experience in Workday or SAP preferred; proficiency in Excel is a plus.
- Stay informed about federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations and compliance.
- Are organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
