At Kelly® Professional & Industrial, we're seeking a Shipping & Receiving Specialist for a premier company, located in Fairport, NY. With us, it's all about finding what works for you!

Pay: $20/hr. Temp to Hire.
Shift: A shift (8am to 5pm,) Mon-Fri. 

What does a typical day look like for this position? You'll be...

• Receive inbound shipments, counting individual parts/resolving discrepancies, and delivering shipments to their respective cells
• Verify orders and inventory using RF Scanners and ERP Systems
• Schedules and coordinates domestic and international freight
• Maintain knowledge of current international import/export regulation
• Works to resolve any issues related to the final customs clearance 
• Reviews and maintains shipping records, including customer orders, shipping schedules, order tracking, and shipping history 
• Completing transactions, generating invoices, and auditing waiting-to-ship reports to ensure all invoicing is completed
• Other Shipping and Receiving duties as assigned

 The ideal candidate for this role will have...

• 1-2 years of Shipping & Receiving experience
• A High School Diploma/GED (Preferred)
• Familiarity shipping domestic/international via UPS WorldShip, DHL, and FedEx  
• Oracle experience (a plus)
