Responsible for shipping loan sets utilizing SetWorld Connect, Clippership and MyMediset to 
customers and sales agents. Responsible for timely and accurate processing of data, pick/ship 
confirmation.
Principal Duties Responsibilities:
  • Verifying inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock and investigating discrepancies or adjusting errors
  • Storing items in an orderly and accessible manner in the warehouse
  • Cleaning and maintaining supplies, tools, equipment and storage areas in order to ensure 
  • compliance with safety regulations
  •  Examining and inspecting stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors
  • Providing assistance or direction to other warehouse workers
  • Pack products in appropriate shipping containers and correctly process through the in-house 
  • shipping manifest system
  • Complete necessary paperwork; such as BOL¿s for carriers
  • Must comply with applicable ISO and FDA regulations as stated in Quality Manual
  • Must embody the Company¿s Vision, Mission and Values
  •  Other duties may be assigned
Secondary or peripheral job functions: 
  • Assists other SetWorld technicians in the processing of sets which includes verification, cleaning 
and rebuilding sets to specifications
  •  Assemble and disassemble instrument sets for cleaning, inspection, and outbound shipment
  •  Follow all set material handling procedures
  •  Follow procedures to minimize mix-ups, damage, and deterioration to materials during handling 
  •  Must have good understanding of warehouse process
  •  Report miscues or questionable paperwork to the department supervisor
  •  Receives general instruction on routine work and detailed instruction on new assignments
  • Must be prepared to work under minimal supervison

Education/Experience: 
  •  High school diploma or equivalent required
  •  Working knowledge of ISO/GMP requirements preferred
  •  Good communication skills are essential
  •  1+ years central service and/or surgical instrumentation knowledge preferred
  •  Proficient in MS Word and Excel software
Language and mathematical skills; reasoning ability:
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating
and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers oremployees of organization. 

Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide in all units of measure, using whole 
numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw 
and interpret bar graphs. 

Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished 
in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables 
in standardized situations.
