We are seeking a Marketing Operations Sr. Manager with one of our premier clients.  This is a 16-month contract role. The contract role will contribute to critical practices related to strategic business planning, marketing plans, curation of templates and playbooks for new campaign launches, business performance tracking, and multi-channel marketing. Helping to assure optimal approaches to support overall financial and strategic goals.
This contract role will drive SAE strategy initiatives, helping to shape and enhance the future of our organization and our collective impact. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and synthesize insights and data to inform business decisions. Influence the development of strategic plans and initiatives based on external insights, market analysis, and business objectives. Drive operational excellence by developing and implementing processes and procedures to streamline marketing operations.  Create internal engagement plans for global team to enhance awareness and onboarding of protocols and best practices. Act as a subject matter expert on market trends, strategic approaches, internal systems, and protocols, providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Develop and deliver presentations and reports to senior leadership, communicating insights, project status and recommending strategic initiatives. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategy initiatives, making recommendations as needed to drive optimal outcomes for the organization.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Act as critical interface between global and regional activations teams, helping to ensure consistent, clear communication cascades to team on priority initiatives.
  • Lead communication and planning of priority initiatives, new trainings, new resources and other initiatives to the SAE Team.  
  • Serve as a key conduit between SAE and the Strategy & Operations team for reporting and reputational analytics.
  • Ensure data compliance among the team, primarily in ongoing review & auditing of Campaigns and ensuring data integration across SAE initiatives.
  • Lead strategic business planning efforts, partnering with global teams, to align on key objectives and supporting tactics for the coming year. Including cascade and information sharing across the SAE team such as G&Os, financial targets, quarterly report-outs etc.
  • Assess current work across global SAE team including workstreams, protocol enhancements, new systems, playbooks etc. Inventory activities, prioritize, communicate status updates, and keep team informed via a variety of methods.
  • Key consult for subject matter experts on the roll out and team engagement plans for adoption of new systems and processes such as editorial calendar, email protocol, campaign reporting, etc.
  • Govern insights driven report outs for capabilities, global and regions including share and learns by subject matter experts and team leads.
  • Develop approach to team materials such as templates, playbooks including online file sharing, governance, audit, and maintenance schedule.
  • Manage & continue development of SAE Team SharePoint site & resources
  • Govern cadence and content for SAE learning modules curating an educational forum on topics such as social media, email marketing, market research, campaign development, new protocols, and procedures. Develop an annual schedule with subject matter experts in a GCA bite-sized learning forum.

Qualifications: Minimum of 7-10 years' experience and Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline is required.

Preferred:
