Responsibilities
- Assume duties of the classroom teacher in accordance with the school district's lesson plans, school rules, and Kelly policies
- Support students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
- Maintain a safe, structured, and positive learning environment
- Follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and school procedures
- Collaborating with paraprofessionals and school staff
Qualifications
- Possess, or be willing to obtain, a Missouri Substitute Teaching Certificate
- Requires 36 college credit hours, or a high school diploma and successful completion of a 20-hour pre-certification course
- $25–$30 per hour
