What's a typical day as Substitute Teacher? You'll be:
  • Assuming the duties of the classroom teacher in accordance with school lesson plans, rules, and Kelly policies.
  • Creating an engaging and positive learning environment for students.
  • Adapting to various classroom assignments and grade levels.
  • For long-term assignments, developing lesson plans and administering/ grading assignments and tests as needed.
  • Serving as a role model and mentor for students.
