Location: Fully Onsite – Grantsville, UT 84074
Pay Rate: $24–$28/hr.
Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Friday from 10:00 AM- 7:00 PM

What's a typical day as a Talent Acquisition Specialist? You'll be:
  • Conducting coaching, counseling, tracking attendance, time keeping, terminations, new hire orientations, I9s, and drug screenings.
  • Providing front-line support to both clients and contingent employees, promptly addressing inquiries, incidents, and general concerns.
  • Managing all external worker and client cases, ensuring HR-led processes and contractual terms are followed.
  • Collaborating with managers, business unit leads, and HR partners to resolve worker issues and meet client needs.
  • Facilitating injury reports and guiding employees through the process.
  • Utilizing Microsoft Excel for extensive reporting and data management.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have at least 3+ years of staffing experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Possess strong investigative skills, including interviewing, drafting reports, and communicating findings
  • Demonstrate high attention to detail, administrative organization, and results orientation
  • Are comfortable working in an industrial setting and engaging with employees on the floor
  • Are proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Workday experience is a plus
  • Have knowledge of HR and staffing practices, including employment law (preferred)
