Exciting Opportunity: Administrative Assistant

Location: Ridgeville, South Carolina (On-site)
Status: Temp to Hire
Pay: $25.00 per hour

Position Summary:

Join an internationally renowned company as an Administrative Assistant, providing vital support to the Talent Acquisition Team. This role offers the chance to contribute to a dynamic team environment and gain valuable experience in a prestigious organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Support a team of full-time recruiters by handling administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Schedule interviews, manage travel arrangements, and process trip reimbursements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date data and reports, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Draft and extend offer letters, collect necessary documents, and update new hire files.
  • Coordinate background checks, drug screens, and other pre-employment procedures with third-party vendors.
  • Communicate new hire start dates effectively to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
  • Reconcile credit card transactions on a monthly basis.
  • Participate in both hourly and salaried interviews and conduct exit interviews as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree strongly preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role supporting a team.
  • Recruitment or Human Resources experience is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite is essential.
