Job Title: Team Lead
Location: Dubuque, IA
Assignment Length: 12 Months (As a W2 employee of KellyOCG)
Pay Rate: $40.00 per hour
Shift Information: 1st Shift, 5:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday

  • Overtime may be requested by Deere—must be able to work daily and weekend OT as needed
    Work Environment: Metatarsal safety boots required from day one

Position Overview:
As Team Lead, you'll supervise and guide a team of production workers with an emphasis on Safety, Quality, and Delivery. You'll work closely with management to develop production schedules, provide training, promote continuous improvement, and foster a positive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of production workers, ensuring clear understanding of roles and responsibilities
  • Collaborate with management to develop production schedules and meet production targets
  • Identify skill gaps and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members
  • Deliver constructive feedback on performance and hold team members accountable
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and encourage process enhancement ideas
  • Work daily and weekend overtime as dictated by production needs

Skill Set Requirements:

  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering collaboration
  • Skill to address and resolve team conflicts effectively
  • Excellent communicator, thriving in problem-solving and team environments
  • Strong skills in making timely and effective decisions
  • Knowledge of workplace safety standards and regulations
  • Competent with Microsoft Office

Educational Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent work-related experience
