Territory Sales Executive (Direct Hire)
Location: Nederland, TX, USA
Time Type: Full-time
Position Summary:
Our customer is seeking a motivated Sales Representative who will deliver profitable, incremental revenue in the assigned geography. The ideal candidate will have a keen focus on fulfilling customer expectations by cultivating relationships with various clientele including manufacturers, site owners, third-party management firms, engineering/consulting firms, general contractors, and others. This role involves both new sales and retention of existing accounts, regularly meeting clients to introduce their service offerings while potentially expanding the breadth of services provided.
Pay Range:

  • Minimum: $82,600 annually
  • Mid-range: $103,200 annually
  • Maximum: $123,800 annually
We aim to compensate between the minimum and mid-range when possible. The position offers a 40% sales commission structure paid quarterly, with a 3-month commission guarantee upon hire.
Principal Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain a successful sales funnel with opportunities related to their suite of environmental solutions.
  • Create and communicate strategic account plans for top accounts, focused on growth and risk management.
  • Maintain and enhance revenue relationships and customer satisfaction within current accounts.
  • Utilize CRM tools daily to track activities and build detailed customer profiles.
  • Stay updated with market behaviors and competitive trends to anticipate customer needs.
  • Understand and offer the Company's full range of services to drive revenue growth.
  • Regularly travel (including overnight as needed) for client meetings and industry events.
  • Complete necessary paperwork in line with Company policies.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in generating new business in the Environmental Field.
  • Technical expertise in environmental solutions and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience in waste or industry-related fields with an equivalent educational background.
  • 2 years of direct selling experience addressing customer needs.
  • Valid Driver's License, with readiness to engage in travel and networking activities.
