- Supporting web-based learning systems, IT, and training program coordination.
- Producing, updating, and providing best practice support on Microsoft documents, databases, and departmental systems.
- Creating and managing local document management systems.
- Preparing moderately complex reports and documents using various applications and technology devices.
- Gathering and summarizing data for departmental reports.
- Organizing facility logistics, equipment, and training aids.
- Maintaining confidential information in multiple systems and interacting with external business partners.
- Developing your knowledge of company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
- Building effective relationships within the organization and with channel partners.
- Have 1-3 years of experience in administrative support (must have).
- Possess advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (must have).
- Demonstrate strong organizational and verbal/written communication skills (must have).
- Are eager to learn and adapt quickly in a technical environment (must have).
- Hold an Upper Secondary School education or equivalent.
- Have experience with learning management systems, Tableau, PowerBI, or other visualization tools (preferred).
- Have previously worked with suppliers or dealerships (preferred).
- Are highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
