What's a typical day as Training Specialist - Training and Development Coordinator? You'll be:

• Developing and managing effective training programs to meet manufacturing requirements.
• Supporting new hire orientation and onboarding processes for all shifts.
• Documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and continuously enhancing training materials.
• Maintaining accurate training records and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coaching and training employees to ensure proper understanding of standard work processes and safety protocols.

• Have previous experience in Training and Development within a manufacturing environment (must have).
• Are familiar with Standard Work and Continuous Improvement documentation (must have).
• Possess strong computer proficiency for maintaining training records and creating materials (must have).

• Are bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred).
