- Documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and continuously enhancing training materials.
- Maintaining accurate training records and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coaching and training employees to ensure proper understanding of standard work processes and safety protocols.
- Have previous experience in Training and Development within a manufacturing environment (must have).
- Are familiar with Standard Work and Continuous Improvement documentation (must have).
- Possess strong computer proficiency for maintaining training records and creating materials (must have).
- Can train across all shifts in a 24/7 plant operation (must have).
- Are bilingual in Spanish and English (preferred).
