$34/hour

What's a typical day as a Training Specialist? You'll be:
• Delivering inclusive, interactive workshops, adapting material to audience responses in real-time, and engaging with participants from production employees to directors.
• Collaborating and providing constructive feedback to enhance training programs using best practices and participant input.
• Managing program materials, training tools, and attendance records to ensure smooth operations.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 2-4 years of experience facilitating team conversations and using virtual training software such as Teams or Zoom.
• Possess 1-3 years of experience with AI and automation tools to develop content and improve systems, along with planning and coordinating training schedules.
• Are skilled in facilitating strategic conversations and navigating challenging discussions effectively.

What makes you stand out:
• Certifications and/or experience facilitating DDI - Targeted Selection, Arbinger - Outward Mindset, Everything DiSC, and CliftonStrengths (Gallup).
• Instructional design experience that enhances training effectiveness.
• Professional mentoring experience or ICF Coaching Certification that showcases your commitment to personal and professional growth.
