Join a premiere client of Kelly!  The Remote Training Content Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the Commercial Education team with content management, performing minor content updates, and managing the copy approval process for training assets. This is accomplished by partnering with the Commercial Education team and working within compliance systems to efficiently guide projects through workflow cycles.
Responsibilities:
On-going Knowledge:

  • Become an expert in internal copy review standards (Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review), systems, and practices.
  • Leverage online resources, attend educational meetings (e.g., AMP Camps), and seek support from Promotional Integrity team members.
  • Ensure up-to-date knowledge as systems and processes evolve.
Content & Project Management:
  • Provide support to Commercial Education in creating and updating training materials.
  • Review related submissions to understand how particular statements may be supported with existing claims and evidence.
  • Access internal databases (e.g., R&D Windchill system) to find supporting documentation for submissions.
  • Access up-to-date lists of product claims.
  • Ensure all assets are created within the approved guidelines (e.g., proper branding, trademarks, disclaimers, footnotes, references).
  • Submit training materials for review through the internal copy approval process.
  • Ensure proper attestations are included and all relevant products are selected on the intake form.
  • Properly link claims, supporting documents, embedded files, and other assets that are part of the submission package.
  • Proactively move materials forward during the copy approval process.
  • Coordinate with Commercial Education asset owner to prepare for copy approval meetings, including previewing reviewer comments.
  • Attend copy review meetings for all materials submitted.
  • Respond and actively engage in requests for additional information or feedback from reviewers and Promotional Integrity team members.
  • Make minor updates to content per reviewer requests.
  • Coordinate with Commercial Education asset owner to address and resolve major changes and concerns requested by reviewers.
  • Track progress of all assigned projects through copy approval workflow.
  • Ensure timely and accurate asset uploading into internal digital asset management tool.
  • Inform partners of submission approvals to facilitate loading training materials into Commercial Education systems (e.g., Global Content Catalog, Foundations Delivery Library).
Leadership:
  • Demonstrate leadership by managing multiple simultaneous projects across business units in partnership with Commercial Education Managers.
  • Lead discussions with the Commercial Education team to ensure timely execution of projects.
  • Establish priorities independently based on workload and Commercial Education team deliverables and timelines.
Customer Focus:
  • Foster on-going partnership with Commercial Education Managers to achieve business objectives.
  • Partner with Commercial Education through ongoing communication.
  • Provide planned and ad-hoc status updates on projects per Commercial Education Team requests.
Qualifications:
  • College degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 1-3 years business experience required, with 1 year in a regulated industry strongly preferred.
  • Project management experience required.
  • Strong technology skills required (databases and Microsoft Office, including Excel).
  • Copy approval/promotional material review within regulated environment preferred.
  • Some understanding of compliant business practices preferred.
Other Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong communication skills required.
  • High attention to detail, able to manage, move, organize very large asset file collections.
  • Strong organizational skills required; must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment required.
  • Experience making decisions independently.
  • Strong problem solving and resolution skills.
  • Quick learner who easily absorbs new processes and technology.
  • Must be able to adapt quickly to a fast-paced, changing healthcare environment.
  • Must be customer-focused.
  • Takes initiative to propose modifications to procedures and processes as appropriate.
  • Must be able to independently prioritize workload based on business needs and regulation.
