What's a typical day as Treasury & Investment Operations Analyst? You'll be:
• Analyzing daily payment applications to ensure accurate and timely posting accounts
• Identifying, researching, and resolving payment application errors
• Preparing journal entries in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Reconciling and balancing general ledger accounts and journal entries
• Building and maintaining effective relationships within the treasury contact network
• Maintaining and updating procedures in coordination with the Treasury Manager
• Adhering to policies, processes, and controls to ensure compliance and mitigate risk
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have at least 2 years of experience in Finance, Math, Economics, Accounting, Actuarial, Treasury, Investment, FP&A, or a related discipline (work, education, transferable skills, and military experience all considered)
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrate effective communication and collaboration abilities
• Have excellent time management and organizational skills, with flexibility to manage shifting priorities
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
• Hold a high school diploma (or equivalency) and are legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• (Preferred) Hold an associate degree in a related field
• (Preferred) Have knowledge of the financial and insurance industry, banking and investment regulations, GAAP, and Accounts Receivable activities
