Now Hiring: Warehouse Data Entry Clerk – Part-Time

Location: South Burlington, VT
Company: Kelly® Professional & Industrial, partnering with Apria – a leading U.S. provider of home healthcare equipment
Pay: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 4 flexible hours per day between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM (20–30 hours/week), with a set daily schedule
Job Type: Part-Time

This role blends light warehouse responsibilities, clerical work, and equipment sanitization—perfect for someone reliable, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Process inbound and outbound loads and verify inventory accuracy

  • Perform data entry, update records in SharePoint, and process driver work tickets

  • Clean and sanitize durable medical equipment following quality and safety standards

  • Maintain accurate documentation and perform clerical duties such as filing and printing

  • Conduct quality assurance checks and report inventory levels

  • Assist with periodic inventory counts and minor equipment repairs

  • Identify and correct paperwork inconsistencies or errors

  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

You'll Succeed If You Have:
  • Prior warehouse and data entry experience

  • Strong computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office and SharePoint

  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude

  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • A valid driver's license

  • Steel-toed shoes
