Day shift: 6am-330pm, Mon-Fri

What's a typical day as a Warehouse Operations Lead? You'll be:
• Selecting, training, and developing an effective and efficient staff
• Establishing and communicating performance standards and objectives
• Monitoring operations and staff and recommending changes when necessary
• Administering company policies and procedures
• Ensuring employee safety and productivity
• Monitoring work productivity and implementing changes for improvement
• Supervising warehouse operations staff and ensuring efficient flow of product processing
• Providing training and counseling to improve quality and production levels
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a college degree (strongly preferred)
• Have experience in warehouse operations or a related field
• Have strong leadership and communication skills
• Are able to work Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
• Are willing to travel to Plainfield warehouses as needed
