Description

The Warehouse Operator handles loading and unloading materials with warehouse equipment, maintains inventory records, and ensures efficient shipping and receiving operations while adhering to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
 

• Manage receipts using the Consumables Management System WASP.
• Create labels for new bin locations as needed.
• Verify and store incoming shipments.
• Enter receipts into the ERP system within 24 hours.
• Coordinate transfer of materials and resolve receiving issues.
• Monitor inventory for outbound shipments.
• Prepare and track shipments, resolving any issues.
• Adhere to company safety standards and maintain certifications.
• Perform equipment inspections and maintain regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in inventory management or warehouse operations.
• Skills:
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and cGMP.
• Must have Forklift operator experience.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.

This role requires physical activity and attention to detail to support efficient warehouse operations.
