Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Picker and Packer to join our team in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This role involves handling, packing, and preparing goods for shipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the fulfillment process.
Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
• Safely pack items for shipment, ensuring minimal damage during transit.
• Handle and label packages appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly goals.

Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Capable of lifting up to [mention weight limit, e.g., 50 pounds].
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
