Our client is a leading domestic manufacturer of fluid management systems. They unite legendary brands—Dean, Fybroc, and Sethco—to deliver a comprehensive portfolio of industrial pumps. 

We are seeking a proactive and organized Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations. You will oversee the receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of fluid pumps, parts, and raw materials. This role focuses on driving process improvements, optimizing inventory, and supporting production schedules. Lead and train warehouse staff, enforce safety and compliance (OSHA), and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve material issues and improve supply chain efficiency.

Schedule: 7 am-3:30 pm, Monday-Friday
Pay Range: 70-80K, based on Experience
Location: Telford, PA

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse and inventory operations using ERP/MRP systems
• Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance
• Enforce safety and compliance standards
• Support shipping/receiving; maintain documentation
• Monitor KPIs, drive Lean/5S initiatives, and coordinate with logistics and production teams
• Maintain facility organization and manage third-party carriers

Qualifications:

• 5+ years' warehouse/inventory management in manufacturing (industrial/mechanical preferred)
• High school diploma/GED required; degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
• Experience with ERP/MRP, MS Office, OSHA compliance, and team leadership
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (forklift cert a plus)
