Robotic Welding Project Engineer 
Salary: $100,000 to $125,000 DOE
Location: West Milwaukee


Join a dynamic team focused on revolutionizing automated manufacturing systems! We're seeking a talented Robotic Welding Application Engineer to develop, integrate, and optimize robotic welding solutions. Collaborate with sales, engineering, and manufacturing teams to define technical requirements and support customer-specific applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize robotic welding solutions aligned with performance, quality, and safety standards.
  • Select suitable robotics systems and welding equipment for various applications.
  • Design and validate welding processes and conduct hands-on testing and simulations.
  • Work with project teams on system layout and tooling design.
  • Facilitate design reviews and ensure smooth transitions from prototypes to production.
  • Collaborate extensively with vendors and sales engineers to meet project goals.
  • Create detailed proposals and cost estimates.
  • Travel for customer and vendor engagements.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Welding Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, OR related experience.
  • 5+ years in robotic welding applications within industrial automation.
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD software like SolidWorks.
  • Strong knowledge of welding processes and industrial automation equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of 3D Modeling software and familiarity with Robot Studio and Robo-Guide.
