Join our HR Technology team as a Workday Developer, Compensation, and play a vital role in ensuring the success of our key compensation cycles. This is a 100% remote, 6-month opportunity based in the Eastern or Central Time Zone, offering a chance to work alongside talented professionals in a dynamic scientific company.

What You'll Do:

  • Become a Workday Compensation Testing Guru: Execute comprehensive test cases across Merit, Bonus, and Stock cycles.
  • Data Detective: Set up, maintain, and validate critical compensation data.
  • Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Identify, log, and collaborate to resolve defects.
  • Project Catalyst: Support the hiring manager during the JBR project by backfilling day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Communication Hub: Collaborate with HR Technology, Compensation COE, and cross-functional teams to ensure testing success.
What You Bring:
  • 5+ years of Workday experience specializing in Advanced and Core Compensation.
  • Proven experience testing Compensation processes (Merit, Bonus, Stock) end-to-end.
  • A deep understanding of eligibility rules, calculated fields, and condition logic.
  • Expertise in creating and executing test scripts and documenting results.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Smartsheet, or similar testing tools.
Bonus Points:
  • Experience with regression or release testing cycles.
  • Familiarity with EIBs, reporting validation, or Workday Security.
  • Global compensation experience.
  • Workday Advanced Compensation Certification.
