Job Description

The Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst will lead implementation, expansion, use, training and adoption of Salesforce throughout Lane. This role works cross-functionally to identify, develop, manage and monitor the use of Salesforce to drive success and company growth. This individual will be responsible for data maintenance, reporting, analytics, processes, and workflows - as well as day-to-day administration of Salesforce. Further, this position will lead process development and implementation of Business Analysis tools.


-Design solutions to business needs using capabilities

-Develop and manage Salesforce dashboards, reports, forms, templates, page layouts, workflows and approvals, and create and maintain custom objects, as necessary

-Design and generate reports that support better decision making and process improvement within the organization, including forecasting, win/loss analysis, etc.

-Perform day-to-day administrator functions such as user management, profiles, licenses, troubleshooting user issues, assisting users with data input, etc.

-Work with end users to provide best practices and tips on Salesforce usage including training, documentation and support as necessary

-Manage integrated third party apps (Conga)

-Research changes in upcoming versions of and other integrated applications; provide recommendations when necessary to enhance efficiency and productivity

-Prepare user training plans and conduct trainings


-3-5 years of experience with, Administrator Certification (Enterprise Edition), highly preferred

-3-5 years of experience in a B2B sales environment

-Construction industry experience preferred

-Experience with other databases such as JD Edwards and Sharepoint

-Bachelor's degree, MBA a plus

-Proactive and customer-focused

-Strong analytical and problem solving skills

-Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing work tasks

-Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
