Job Description

The Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for overseeing monthly consolidation and financial statement preparation, while providing high quality, professional reporting in accordance with applicable company and statutory reporting requirements.
Responsibilities:
•Ensure timely and accurate reporting of IFRS financial information for the consolidated group of companies to foreign parent company through HFM.
•Oversee financial consolidation of multiple companies with various reporting currencies.
•Review and distribution of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and other required supplemental schedules.
•Oversee the preparation and review of several US GAAP audited financial statements and audited employee benefit plan financial statements.
•Coordinate responsibilities amongst financial department team members for parent company reporting and financial statement audits.
•Research and document technical accounting matters including impact of pending new standards.
•Review debt covenants and compliance forms.
•Supervise, coach and review work products of reporting team to ensure highest quality.
•Ad hoc reporting for management

Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
•Minimum of 7 years public accounting and/or financial reporting experience.
•Solid understanding of US GAAP, IFRS, and financial statements.
•Organized individual with a proven ability to manage teams in meeting multiple deadlines.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) preferred
