Job Description

The Human Resources Administrator will provide a wide variety of clerical, technical, administrative and office support duties.


-Maintain and track leave of absence administration, STD, LTD, Post Partum/Parental Leave

-Prepare 401k file contribution reconciliation, funding and management/administration

-Manage life claim administration

-Assist employees with benefit eligibility and claims inquiries

-Benefit deduction reconciliation

-Manage benefit orientation for Expat employees

-Handle Expat health benefit claims administration

-Carry out job duties while maintaining Lane values

-And other duties as assigned


-3 - 5 years of progressive HR experience

-Proficient in Microsoft suite, Excel (vlookup/pivot tables)

-Strong professional customer service

-Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment

-Ability to interact with vendors

-Customer service focused environment

-Ability to work independently and within a Team environment

-HRIS system, Preferrably JDEdwards or other large ERP
