Responsibilities

Manages the local Quality Control department and organizes technicians performing quality control tasks.

Supports the development of quality technicians.

Designs asphalt/concrete mixes.

Writes project specific quality control plans, incorporating the owner's requirements and specifications.

Assures Company complies with specifications by any State, FAA, or other contracting agency or owner.

Aids project-wide system audits and surveillance, including supplier or subcontractor audits or surveillance to approved audit checklists and procedures.

Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of engineering experience in heavy civil construction
