  • Administers and enforces LaneÂs safety program, leading accident prevention efforts to achieve company and project safety goals.
  • Conducts work area assessments and jobsite audits, focusing on hazard recognition, unsafe behaviors, and corrective actions.
  • Develops, organizes, and implements safety initiatives and programs that align with LaneÂs standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentors, coaches, and evaluates safety employees, providing feedback and performance assessments.
  • Develops and delivers training programs.
  • Leads safety orientations, toolbox talks, and project-specific meetings to ensure effective communication across crews and subcontractors.
  • Participates in regulatory inspections and investigations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and client requirements.
  • Supports incident investigations and corrective action tracking to prevent recurrence.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
