Description
This Military One Source position is contingent on a contract award.
Supports Military One Source (MOS) and the Federal Service Center in a high paced environment answering calls and chats. Identifies the caller's inquiry or issue and provides a warm hand-off or referral, and/or provides information and referral information.- Provides participant intake triage and consultation via calls or website chat.
- Sensitively and compassionately responds to participants utilizing excellent listening skills displaying strong customer services skills.
- Provides accurate participant triage assessment, including level of risk, and follows required procedures.
- Provides information and education to callers regarding EAP benefits, including vendor resources and website features.
- Creates real time documentation to meet qualitative and quantitative performance expectations.
- Maintains call and chat standards necessary to meet contract Average Speed of Answer requirements.
- Provides follow-up on priority cases.
- Adheres to all contract requirements including performance standards, meetings, trainings, and compliance with standard operating instructions and company policies.
- Demonstrates flexibility in job duties and schedule to aid in providing quality customer service and building a high-performance team.
- All other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree required in social services, behavioral health, psychology, social work or human services related field and working towards a master's degree.Experienced working in a high paced environment and highly proficient utilizing multiple technology applications.
Excellent listening skills and strong customer services skills.

$68,485This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
