Overview
The People Operations and Insights is looking for an Assoc Analyst, Benefits Delivery to support benefits and wellbeing programs for global programs and other region benefits, as assigned. This role is responsible for operational and administrative aspects of our benefits programs. The person in this role will partner with relevant stakeholders, including the Benefits COE, GBSC (Global Shared Services Center), Payroll, TPRM (Third Party Risk Management), P&C (People & Capability) technology, and other groups to ensure programs are delivered accurately and on time. Role
• Successful day-to-day operations of all benefits programs including group health, dental, vision, accidental death & dismemberment, life insurance, business travel accident, retirement plans, etc.). including open enrollment, standard plan renewals, administration, etc.
• Manage benefits vendors, including performance monitoring, onboarding, and third-party risk management.
• Ensure local programs are implemented and partner with HRBPs and GBSC-HR on ongoing administration and delivery.
• Provide analytical support on Mastercard's Benefits Delivery projects, programs, and ad hoc requests
• Support rollout and cyclical benefits communications, including drafting and editing previously drafted communications.
• Mediate claims between vendors and employees and escalates issues as appropriate.
• Maintain and update the intranet site, People Place, with current information such as application periods, webinar schedules, and educational materials to enhance employee awareness and engagement.
• Respond to employee inquiries that are escalated from Mastercard's GBSC in an effective, clear, and kind manner. Escalate complex cases through supplier channels and resolve file errors in coordination with integration and support teams.
• Support on special projects, as assigned.
All About You
• Experience with benefits operations/delivery, including management of third-party providers and contracts
• Computer proficiency and technical aptitude, including ability to use Powerpoint and Excel, experience with HRIS systems and benefits databases
• Demonstrated success handling employee inquiries in accurate, timely fashion
• Able to maintain strict confidentiality as required
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to collate, review and analyze benefits data
• Experience working in a global organization
• Excellent organization and communication skills, including fluency in English
• Strong analytical skills
