Title and Summary

Associate Analyst, Franchise Services Overview
The Global Business Solutions Center's (GBSC) mission is to be the partner of choice with stakeholders across Mastercard, enabling business operations efficiency, productivity, and growth. With over 1,100 professionals delivering more than 200 solutions across 10 locations, the GBSC is a powerhouse of innovation and strategic partnerships that combines operational excellence with a vision of what's next.

The Associate Analyst, on this team will be responsible for end to end traditional and non-traditional customer onboarding and be accountable for delivering positive customer experiences and efficient business results. The individual will also be supporting automation and analytics activities.

Role
• Support customer onboarding in processing activities related to onboarding lifecycle.
• Review onboarding projects and when applicable accurately facilitate with Franchise for clarification
• Demonstrate ability to multi-task and prioritize in order to provide superior customer service according to the GBSC standards in terms of quality, response time, resolution time and adhering to SLAs.
• Ensure that GBSC meets the needs of business units, Franchise Customer Enablement and other stakeholders.
• Support analytics capabilities to support GBSC Franchise function.

All about You
Background in customer onboarding with emphasis in the card industry, operations, business administration &/or customer service
Well versed with Customer/Service provider Organization Due diligence process and understanding the compliance tools available in the market.
Demonstrated ability to communicate and interact cooperatively in a team environment and explain processes and policies effectively
Result driven with a high sense of urgency and focus on customer, quality and timely resolution.

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Work effectively in dynamic, time-sensitive, high-volume environment
Results-oriented, strong follow-through skills
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal with ability to explain processes and policies effectively.
Exposure to working in customer service, preferably in a B2B environment
Experience in customer due diligence

Experience in Power Apps and Process automation/Optimization is a plus.
