Overview
The Data & Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include payments-focused consulting, loyalty and marketing programs, business Test & Learn experimentation, and data-driven information and risk management services. Client verticals include Financial Institutions, Retail & Commerce and Digital Partners and many others.

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist within the Advanced Analytics Product Management team to play a role in product and commercialization/go-to-market strategy for its products. This person will be part of a team of a team focused on digital marketing use cases and will be expected to assist in key activities including development of the go-to-market strategy, defining the product value proposition and pricing, create sales and delivery materials and play a key role in sales and delivery enablement.

The ideal candidate has experience in and a robust understanding of the advertising technology industry, most prominently Demand Side Platforms (DSPs), Supply Side Platforms (SSPs), Data Management Platforms (DMPs), and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs). Experience activating advertising within this ecosystem is preferred.

This individual will partner closely with other members of the Global Product Management team to ensure product strategy, roadmap and vision is aligned.

Position Responsibilities
• Contributes to product and business and manages long-term and short-term strategic initiatives for a commercialized Redemption products
• Contribute to overall strategy of product evolution, while also establishing the go-to-market strategy, optimize products and resources, implement incremental improvements within the product's life cycle, conduct ongoing care and maintenance
• Drive tangible data-driven business outcomes at the product level, manage to a quantified scorecard continuously monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators and optimizing product performance
• Interpret and apply program vision and strategy to product strategy and roadmap for the Products they manage, clearly communicating it to key stakeholders on an ongoing basis
• Drive a user-centric culture of data driven, test and learn experimentation, continuously assessing and enhancing the Product user experience. Partner with Delivery and Servicing teams to ensure that Products are easy to deploy and deliver a great experience during operation
• Demonstrate awareness of Mastercard's broader Product offering and the ability to leverage Products from other business areas to augment Product capabilities
• Leverage data to quickly identify Product performance challenges, creating proactive plans to drive usage and revenues. Use data-driven analysis to prioritize resources to deliver against the plan
• Ensure that the broader Mastercard organization is enabled to sell focus Products by creating compelling communications & marketing content in partnership with Marketing
• Partner with the Guilds to create and share best practices within the Program with a focus on driving continuous improvement in the Program's operating model
• Provide regular coaching and feedback to direct reports and partners to grow individual functional skills, experience and leadership capabilities
• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning by leveraging the learning & development curriculum to augment existing knowledge, skills and experiences
• Develop talent and provide timely feedback, coaching in the moment, and mentoring

About You
• Acquisition marketing experience, with good understanding of the current ad-tech ecosystem
• Experience using current ad-tech products to execute marketing campaigns
• Familiarity and experience in high growth environment where priorities shift rapidly
• Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
• Demonstrated ability to operate with complete independence and autonomy
• Can communicate to executives, peers, and staff with impact, eloquence, and authenticity
• Demonstrated experience building relationships, partnering with and influencing executive leadership while commanding the respect of the individual product teams across the organization

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
