Mission

Key responsibilities include:
• Lead large consulting programmes, coordinating multiple internal stakeholders and clients
• Engage with senior clients to drive new commercial opportunities
• Identification of client's pain points, root causes and potential solutions
• Ownership of the sales process from prospecting to writing well-structured and persuasive proposals
• End-to-end ownership of contract execution and coordination with internal key functions such as legal and finance departments.
• Working with Mastercard account managers and clients to identify new business opportunities, communicate opportunity areas to key clients. Building effective working relationships across management levels in client organization
• Understanding of client's organizational systems and taking a considered approach to problem solving for the client's unique situation
• Ensure alignment among Mastercard stakeholders and manage dependencies
• Partnering with project team to ensure project quality
Education Needed:
• Undergraduate degree required
• MBA or relevant post graduate degree (beneficial but not critical)
All About You:
• 8+ years of experience with solid track record for delivering objectives in the following areas:
• Experience in consulting top tier consulting firm or a niche consultancy (Focused on Financial Services- strategy/ insights focused practice preferred).
• Experience leading end-to-end consulting projects/ programmes
• Experience supporting design and pitch of proposals
• Experience in working with Financial Institutions in the Irish Market
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with a strong can-do attitude
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and as an individual contributor
