Role Overview

We're looking for a dynamic Product Development Director to lead new product initiatives with a focus on adtech integrations and strategic partnerships. This role blends deep product management expertise with the ability to manage external relationships, drive commercial outcomes, and deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage strategic partnerships across the sales cycle—from initial engagement and co-creation to contracting, onboarding, and delivery.
• Support and influence the end-to-end product lifecycle, with a focus on adtech-enabled solutions.
• Drive customer discovery, market validation, and competitive analysis to inform product direction.
• Develop compelling business cases, go-to-market strategies, and stakeholder materials.
• Build strong working relationships with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as connector to ensure commercial and technological success of our products by working with cross-functional teams.
• Lead go-to-market planning, including pricing, positioning, and channel strategy.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, CX&D, and data teams to prototype and iterate on new offerings.
• Develop and execute product strategies that leverage Mastercard's assets and partner capabilities.
• Prepare executive briefings, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Respond to what the business needs. Execute on urgent needs, be a sounding board for team members, serve as a connection point for incoming (and outgoing) team requests.
• Report on team and product performance metrics by implementing governance structures.

Qualifications
• 8+ years in product management
• Adtech experience essential
• Proven success in partnering with external organizations to co-develop and launch products.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems
• Strategic thinker with ability to quickly assess complex problems, prioritize key issues, focus on relevant facts, and execute a plan.
• Experience managing sales cycles, partner onboarding, and product delivery in complex environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
