Title and Summary

Director, Product Integration Director, Product Integration
Global Product Enablement – Global Customer Delivery & Care

Purpose of the Global Product Enablement Team
The Global Product Enablement (GPE) team resides within Global Customer Delivery & Care (GCD&C) and supports end-to-end product readiness and operational enablement across Mastercard's product portfolio worldwide.

With a focus on new and evolving products and services, the team collaborates with Product owners, Engineering teams, and regional delivery and support organizations to ensure solutions are ready for successful customer implementation at scale.

This includes ensuring that the required implementation guidance, documentation, tools, operational processes, and enablement materials are in place for regional delivery teams before capabilities are broadly commercialized.

The team plays a key role in ensuring Mastercard products can be implemented consistently across regions, enabling strong customer outcomes while reducing delivery friction and operational risk.

Purpose of the Role
Product Integrators ensure a scalable and consistent implementation model for Mastercard's products by defining the operational readiness, implementation frameworks, and enablement materials required by regional delivery teams. Working at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Customer Delivery, the role translates product capabilities into scalable implementation models, enablement frameworks, and operational guidance that enable efficient and reliable customer implementations globally.

Early engagement with internal business partners ensures a clear understanding of:
• what the capability is
• how it works
• how it should be implemented

This proactive enablement helps prevent customer implementation delays, production failures, and misalignment between product capabilities and customer expectations.

This role operates as a subject matter expert and enablement architect for a defined product area, helping ensure new capabilities can be delivered and supported effectively by regional teams around the world.

Role
• Serve as a Product Integration lead and subject matter expert for Mastercard Services capabilities within the Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) portfolio.
• Drive and support complex initiatives that introduce new products, platforms, or capabilities with multi-regional delivery impact.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to translate new capabilities into clear implementation approaches and operational readiness frameworks.
• Coordinate a proactive, holistic, and global approach to ensuring new business initiatives reach a state of delivery and operational readiness, including implementation and ongoing support models.
• Develop and maintain standard and repeatable implementation and support enablement materials, including documentation, playbooks, and training used by delivery and care teams, grounded in a deep understanding of user needs, workflows, and operational contexts.
• Capture and synthesize feedback from delivery and care teams to identify recurring implementation and support challenges, and drive improvements to enablement materials, processes, and product readiness.
• Identify and address gaps in implementation and support readiness, partnering with Product, Engineering, and regional teams to improve scalability, consistency, and customer outcomes.
