Title and Summary

Director, Product Management Overview

Global Cardholder Services builds and manages differentiated benefits that deliver Core CVP and grow Services revenues. The Director, Mastercard Airport Services will play a critical role on the global Cardholder Services team managing global partners that enable access to shared lounges and other products like flight delay pass, meet & greet and data roaming.

Role

As part of a high performing team, the incumbent will manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure flawless end to end delivery of new business models and benefit value proposition.

The successful candidate will have expertise in managing external providers, lead commercial negotiations, own and manage a product P&L as well as ability to lead technical discussions when needed. They will be a strong communicator, ability to present ideas to senior stakeholders, as well as create cross-functional alignment between regional and global teams. They will also be hungry for data, seeking information to help guide the Mastercard strategy for airport services and data roaming.

Responsibilities

· Have a proven track in technology and product innovation and manage the development of new global benefits for issuers from concept through launch that help drive profitable growth and new revenue streams
· Provide daily management of cardholder benefits and services and their suppliers to deliver world class consumer and Issuer value propositions that support revenue targets
· Lead global product strategic roadmap supported by a deep understanding of market needs with inputs from regional Product and Platform colleagues
· Responsible for partnering with global and regional product and loyalty teams on all aspects of MasterCard global benefits products to bring them to market.
· Manage multiple vendor relationships in support of the strategy including management and audit of SOW/Contract deliverables and reporting analysis.
· Manage program P&L and participate in the development of Business Cases

All About You

· Proven experience in managing third party providers from contracting through to ongoing management
· Experience in global roles and interacting with cross functional internal stakeholders
· Significant product and platform development and management experience.
· Subject matter expertise in a range of product benefits and platform
· Strong understanding of enabling a superior end to end customer experience
· Strong innovation track record
· Demonstrated financial and contractual negotiation skills
· Self-motivated, thrives in a fast-paced environment; readiness to take on stretch goals
· Experience of driving success in a matrix operating environment

Total Base Pay Range
