This role is part of the Global Consulting Product Management Group (within the Business & Marketing Insights group in Services) which covers a wide range of Consulting products offered by Mastercard Services and is organized along the following product lines: Card Payments, Acquiring and Acceptance Solutions, Security (Cyber and auth/fraud), Payment Operations, Credit Risk Management, Commercial & New Payment Flows, AI, Innovation, Transformation and Deploy. The team is responsible for driving development and commercialization of highly configured consulting solutions to grow our P&L

Within this team, the Director – Consulting Product Management will have a Global remit and be responsible for Product Management and driving P&L of the consulting solution set. The Global Product Director will lead the strategic vision, solution development, commercialization, and go to market activities to accelerate uptake of our consulting services
The role would require managing existing consulting solutions/services and also building out new consulting services offerings and taking them to market by leading go-to-market efforts. The specific areas of consulting services will include (not limited to) Target Operating Model Design, Risk Management, Payment Operations, Technology Transformation and Modernization, Digital Transformation, Market Entry for FI's etc.

Specific roles and responsibilities include:

• Drive P&L growth for the above mentioned consulting product suite and work with BD and Regional Product teams to pro-actively drive their adoption
• Lead the strategic vision, solution development, commercialization, and go to market activities to accelerate uptake of our consulting services
• Scale existing consulting solutions/services and also building out new consulting services offerings and taking them to market by leading go-to-market efforts.
• Develop solutions in partnership with other business units eg. core product etc.
• Understand the latest trends in the market and build strong narratives around them
• Determining and driving forward the product innovation agenda and product road map; identifying opportunities for new configured solutions in line with market and customer needs
• Developing product sales materials and managing other sales enablement activities to drive sales through the Services global sales teams.
• Driving Knowledge Management activities across the product suite, ensuring a robust Knowledge Management process and maintaining a broad content repository to support sales conversations and successful delivery efforts
• Development of thought leadership/points of view documents to help establish both internal and external narratives across the product suite and in collaboration with other product areas.
• Innovative to continue evolving our product suite and drive future success by focusing on identifying and developing solutions that are scalable and drive recurring business for Mastercard Services
• Interface with Mastercard units across the organization to represent the current product suite and collaborate on building new ones.

All About You
• Ability to effectively build and prioritize the consulting solution/product roadmap with commercially-oriented go-to-market planning and in close collaboration with peers and product leads
• Possess a passion for the consulting space and an appreciation of the role it plays within Mastercard Services
• Knowledge of our payments business
• Have a strong understanding of consulting solutions and the benefits they bring to our customers
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability and confidence to communicate with a wide variety of audiences
• Results driven, solution and customer focused, with strong business acumen and sense of urgency
• Demonstrated ability to take accountability and drive to desired results with passion, ambition, and aptitude
• Demonstrated strong self-awareness, open to different approaches and ideas.
• Self-motivated, thrives in the ambiguity that comes with a lean and agile team at the forefront of an evolving space
• Ability to work flexibly and across different time-zones to meet the needs of a Global role
• MBA or other advanced degree in strategy, marketing, communications, innovation, entrepreneurship, or other related fields is a plus

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in Canada, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive pay based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
