Director, Specialist Sales & Product Enablement, Consumer – Southeast Asia SummaryThe Director, Specialist Sales & Product Enablement is responsible for driving commercial excellence and product readiness for Mastercard's Consumer Solutions across Southeast Asia. As a product‑driven individual contributor, the role partners closely with Product, Account Management, and Business Development teams to strengthen solution positioning, enhance go‑to‑market execution, and guide customers through Mastercard's value propositions. The focus is on product expertise, market development, and enablement—not quota‑carrying sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional Specialist Sales and product enablement activities, ensuring effective positioning of Consumer Solutions across markets.
- Provide deep product expertise to support customer engagements, solution shaping, and commercial storytelling.
- Develop and deliver enablement assets such as product decks, value frameworks, competitive insights, and sales playbooks.
- Partner with Account Management and Business Development to support deal progression through insights, product clarification, and solution advisory.
- Maintain pipeline visibility and identify product‑related opportunities, dependencies, and risks.
- Translate market signals, customer needs, and operational insights into recommendations that inform product roadmap and go‑to‑market priorities.
- Ensure seamless pre‑sales to implementation handoff in partnership with delivery teams.
- Act as the voice of the market to internal product teams, identifying innovation opportunities and driving continuous solution improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience working with commercial, product, and technical teams to drive solution adoption and market execution.
- Strong understanding of financial services, payments, and competitive landscapes.
- Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation capabilities.
- Self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments.
- Fluency in English.
