Cloud Security Operations Analyst:
The Identity Solutions team is seeking a Cloud Security Operations Analyst to assist in all operational aspects of our security program. As part of the Operations team, this role requires an understanding of security best practices, and you will be working with colleagues and other departments to assist with incidents, vulnerability, and threat management as well as demonstrate excellent communication and technical abilities.

What You'll Do:
• Respond to security incidents, manage the process, and escalate as required
• Maintain operational security posture and perform various security service functions including vulnerability scans, identity and access management reviews, configuration and hardening validation, and enhancements through automation
• Develop relationships to share knowledge and influence security objectives while being inclusive to all stake holders
• Improve and maintain security services, focused on security review efficiency, standards interpretation and application, and change management correctness
• Document risk and mitigation controls, including policy/procedure updates
• Analyze established operational security controls and procedures and recommend improvements
• Evaluate appropriate tools for supporting the security operations function
• Stay updated on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends
• Work closely with the Security Operations Center (SOC), Security Engineering, Application and Cloud support teams to improve existing security monitoring and deliver resilient and comprehensive security solutions to support cloud environments
• Participate in on-call rotation schedule

What you bring:
• Demonstrate technical competency in cloud security posture management based on hands-on experience or relevant qualifications
• Familiarity with Indicators of Compromise (IoCs), Indicators of Attack (IoAs), ATT&CK Tools, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate and work with a variety of functions
• Ability to prioritize when presented with multiple tasks and issues that may come up simultaneously
• Proven experience in security operations, with the ability to triage issues and make use of system logs to pinpoint problems
• Positive attitude and energy; ability to work with a sense of urgency and focus
• Working knowledge of symmetric and asymmetric encryption, digital certificates, SSL, VPN, IPSec, and other security tools and processes such as privileged identity management, file integrity, audit, logging and IDS/IPS
• Knowledge and skills surrounding network troubleshooting such as deep packet inspection, routing, bandwidth, and connectivity issues both on premises and in the cloud
• Practical experience with Apple, Windows, and Linux operating systems
• Familiarity with HashiCorp Vault as it pertains to secret and PKI management.
• Exposure to SIEMs like Qradar/Splunk ES/LogRhythm or related technologies
• Understanding of Infrastructure as cCode (IaC)
• Knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP

Additional nice to have:
• Technical experience with scripting/programming languages
• CISSP, CCSP or industry-recognized / vendor-specific security certification(s)
• Previous experience in an audited environment complying with common regulation standards
• Experience with DevSecOps
