Title and Summary

Manager, Account Management, Marchants Overview:
Create, develop and execute Merchant strategy in Romania including but not limited to strategic Merchant Partnerships – top 5 Merchant per priority MCC (ie petrol, food, pharmacy)

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for day to day account management activities for these merchants.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, Acceptance, BD and D&S to integrate and align objectives of Partners Strategy with Country targets (eg targeted campaigns, bespoke benefits for different products/segments, integration in RFPs)
• Implement tactical plans to enhance profitability, delivering all key elements and objectives agreed.
• Contribute towards business opportunities that increase volume, share and revenue.
• Develop strong relationships between Mastercard and these merchants.
• Implement customer solutions that improve revenue generation and enhance mutual profitability.
• Understand the customer business strategies and deliver against sales targets for MasterCard products/services.
• Leverage all Mastercard brand attributes, products and services to deliver exceptional customer value.
• Responsible for all administrative and operational issues for these merchant accounts.
• Create, develop and execute Strategy and Implementation on Loyalty solutions for Issuers and Merchants – ie integrate Circle with Issuers and build framework for building Local relevant partnerships and offers for Market wide utilization as part of the Loyalty Circle ecosystem

All about You/Experience:
>3 years experience in merchants management role with focus of relationship management, sales, payments
